1.3.5.: 24/7/365 remote collaboration on device status using both managed network abilities as well as shared access to smart platforms previously installed via 1.2.9. Home Smart Device Ecosystem
1.3.9. + 1.3.10. + 1.3.11.: Monthly, quarterly, and annual health check
1.3.15. 10 remote NAS support hours per month per account, one NAS device ecosystem; does not rollover
1.3.16. Monthly reporting on family network activity and behavior as identified during setup process in 1.2.5.; settings can be changed every month, before or after that monthly report
